Joe Locke 'Artist in Residence' at JazzBaltica 2007
From June 29 - July 01, Joe is going to be one of three 'Artists in Residence' at this year's JazzBaltica Festival in Salzau, Northern Germany, appearing in no less than four prestigious concerts:

June 29:
■ w/ Johannes Enders, Martin Wind, Nils Wülker, Andi Haberl, special guest Myron Walden

June 30:
■ Joe Locke / Geoffrey Keezer Group

July 01 (afternoon):
■ "Homage to Milt Jackson" (05.15 - 06.45pm) - special guest w/ Bobby Hutcherson & Don Friedman, feat. Martin Wind, Andi Haberl, also feat. Darren Barret

July 01 (evening):
■ w/ Trio Da Paz

May 2007 "JAZZ IMPRESSIONS" Concert - South Florida JAZZ presents the most incredible band in the past two years, The Joe Locke/Geoffrey Keezer Group.
South Florida's premier modern jazz organization is excited to present The Joe Locke/Geoffrey Keezer Group on Saturday May 19, 2007, 8:00 PM. The concert will take place at the Rose & Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center on the Nova Southeastern University campus, 3100 Ray Ferrero, Jr Blvd in Davie . SNJO commission
Joe is currently at work on a commission from the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra: "The Music of John Coltrane". Ten arrangers are involved in the project, which will be premiered by SNJO director Tommy Smith at the 2007 Glasgow Jazz Festival.

New Thomas Marriott release "Both Sides Of The Fence", featuring Joe Locke
Once again Joe Locke has joined Seattle trumpet player Thomas Marriott for a musical project and appears on two tracks of "Both Sides Of The Fence", Marriott's latest recording, alongside Marc Seales (piano, Fender Rhodes), Jeff Johnson (bass) and John Bishop (drums).
